We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the development of innovative products manufactured at scale. You will take part in the full lifecycle from concept generation to industrialization, contributing to robust and high-quality product design in a collaborative team environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for high-volume production
  • Create 3D models and production-ready drawings using modern CAD tools
  • Support prototype builds, testing activities and technical evaluations
  • Work closely with manufacturing, quality and cross-functional teams to ensure DFM/DFA best practices
  • Analyse technical challenges and drive continuous product and process improvements
  • Contribute to efficient industrialization and product cost optimization

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of injection-molded parts, materials and tooling processes
  • Experience working in mass-production environments
  • Proficiency with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA)
  • Hands-on, proactive approach to engineering challenges
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering or a similar field
  • Fluent in English — German language skills are an advantage
