How you’ll make an impact

• Drive the evolution of a secure, high-availability Linux environment
• Own the lifecycle of directory services and identity management (e.g., OpenLDAP)
• Engineer, operate, and improve container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
• Bring consistency and speed to operations through smart automation
• Monitor performance, debug complex issues, and solve them at their roots
• Help shape architecture and contribute to strategic technology decisions
• Partner closely with developers to ensure a robust platform they can trust

What makes you successful here

• ~4+ years Linux System Engineering in demanding environments
  (exposure to Red Hat or similar is ideal)
• Proven track record running complex production infrastructure
• Strong Kubernetes and containerization capabilities no compromises here
• Comfortable scripting (Bash / Python / Perl) and building automation
• Familiarity with IaC, DevOps, and Agile ways of working
• A university degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field
• Analytical mindset, ownership attitude, and strong communication skills
• Fully proficient in English and workable German (B1+)
