An international manufacturing group is strengthening its Quality & Compliance organization and is searching for a Senior Quality & Compliance Engineer to ensure world-class standards across industrial and automotive product lines.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• 🤝 Negotiate quality agreements and manage relationships with key industrial & automotive clients
• 🧩 Lead internal audits, support certification activities (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949), and coordinate with global teams
• 📊 Drive continuous improvement of QMS processes and ensure alignment with customer requirements
• 🪪 Oversee supplier quality, corrective actions, and customer feedback loops
• 📈 Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance across the product lifecycle

👩 💼 Your Profile

• 🎓 3+ years of experience in Automotive / Industrial Quality Management
• 🔍 Proficient with core quality tools (8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• 🧾 Engineering or technical degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar)
• 💬 Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• ✈️ Willingness for occasional travel
• 🤝 Strong communicator, structured thinker, and team-oriented professional
