With over 38 years of experience in the Recruitment sector, I have successfully founded, scaled and expanded the presence, capabilities and reputation of IT Talent and Project Services teams in Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, and the UK.

Since 1999 I have lived in Switzerland and had the privilege to support my internal talent teams as they deliver high-quality Contract, Permanent hiring solutions and Project services to our leading Swiss clients and candidates.

My core competencies include new business development, customer relationship management, and consulting. I enjoy building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying and addressing their needs and challenges, and providing them with tailored and innovative solutions. I also empower and mentor my team to achieve their professional and personal goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and diversity.
