As the CEO and founding partner of TalentCloud Group, I lead a team of Consultants and recruiters who specialize in delivering IT (SAP, Data Analytics, DevOps, Cyber, Cloud, AI), Life Science, and Finance sector hiring solutions to leading Swiss and Global clients.

With over 38 years of experience in the Recruitment sector, I have successfully founded, scaled and expanded the presence, capabilities and reputation of IT Talent and Project Services teams in Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, and the UK.

Since 1999 I have lived in Switzerland and had the privilege to support my internal talent teams as they deliver high-quality Contract, Permanent hiring solutions and Project services to our leading Swiss clients and candidates.

My core competencies include new business development, customer relationship management, and consulting. I enjoy building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying and addressing their needs and challenges, and providing them with tailored and innovative solutions. I also empower and mentor my team to achieve their professional and personal goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and diversity.
