Responsibilities:
Lead the enterprise architecture within the company in collaboration with solution and system architects
Drive the creation and evolution of the architectural runway and all architectural aspects of the IT strategy
Head the architecture board, comprising solution and system architects
Oversee and control architectural aspects of all IT systems, including development, operations, digital & mobile products, e-commerce, and nonfunctional requirements (NFRs according to SAFe)
Lead and implement major technical projects with a significant impact on the enterprise architecture
Manage IT contracts and service providers
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in executing complex IT projects in a role as an architect or team lead, including architectural responsibilities
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT development and strong knowledge and interest in IT operations/DevOps
Visionary thinking, entrepreneurial acumen, and a strong sense for pragmatic solutions
Agile mindset with practical experience in agile implementation methods, ideally SAFe
Enjoy both strategic planning and hands-on development, understanding real-world challenges
Independent working style and good self-organization
Fluency in German and English, French is a plus
