Key Responsibilities:
Drive Growth:
Play a pivotal role in the business development and key account management team, focusing on growth within a specialized business sector.
Stakeholder Management:
Efficiently manage key stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
Business Development:
Oversee critical aspects of business development, bringing strong sales skills and due diligence capabilities.
Client Consulting:
Provide expert consulting to clients in fast-evolving industries to ensure their success.
Executive-Level Presentations:
Confidently present to C-level executives and boards of directors in a compelling manner.
Project Management:
Navigate both strategic and technical aspects with strong project management skills.
Requirements:
Military Experience:
Mandatory experience as a senior officer in a command-level staff position (e.g., Operations Command)
Language Skills:
Fluent in both German and English
Educational Background:
Degree in Business IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Extensive experience in senior business development, capture management, or similar roles - preference for candidates having experience within a globally-operating defense company
Leadership Experience:
Proven leadership capabilities with a proactive, team-oriented attitude and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
