As a vital member of the team, you will ensure the robust performance and security of the company’s IT infrastructure. From implementing advanced security solutions to collaborating with international teams, you’ll play a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s operations and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the performance of IT security infrastructure
• Provide 2nd and 3rd-level security support to teams in Switzerland and abroad
• Collaborate with the engineering department to develop and implement security solutions
• Execute system changes, software installations, and infrastructure upgrades
• Manage security incidents and ensure swift resolutions
• Automate tasks to enhance efficiency and monitor their effectiveness
• Communicate with users and management on security-related topics
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Identify and implement improvements to security performance, capacity, and scalability

What You Bring to the Team:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure security support.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
• Strong knowledge of security administration and architecture.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach.
• Comfort with operational routines and on-call duties.
• Proficiency with diagnostics, monitoring, and analysis tools.

Required Expertise:

• • Solid understanding of firewalls, mail security, antivirus solutions, load balancers, and VPN
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure
    • Palo Alto PCNSA certification.
    • Cisco CCNA or a related network certification.
    • Fortinet Fortigate certification.
