🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of project administration — from initiation to closeout
- Partner with department leads to coordinate documentation, reporting, and client deliverables
- Track milestones, coordinate submissions, and ensure timely handovers
- Support proposal development and bid coordination
- Act as liaison with clients and project partners
- Collaborate with a second assistant to ensure seamless team support
🧠 Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical training (KV, HF, or equivalent)
- Ideally you have worked within a civil engineering / construction industry
- Fluency in German is required (spoken and written); English is a plus
- Structured, communicative, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills advantageous
